Positive: We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom apartment! The space is incredibly spacious, bright, and impeccably maintained — everything was spotless and very comfortable. The location is perfect: peaceful and residential, yet so well connected to central London with nearby transport links. It made getting around the city effortless while still feeling like a true home away from home. The bedrooms are generously sized, the bathrooms are pristine, and the overall layout is perfect for both relaxing and spending time together. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it to families or groups visiting London. We can’t wait to return!

非常之不愉快的租屋經驗，直至今天仍未退款！ Positive: 如果要說就是地方還算寬敞！地點去地鐵站還算方便！ Negative: Book完先發覺要俾300英鎊做訂金，嘗試過好多次都做過唔到數，可查詢可唔可以俾現金，而且要輸入驗證碼令人失去安全感！我到步後用了兩小時喺街度才處理到😱！ 冇Wi-Fi可以用到😱，入住了三四日仍未有Wi-Fi設施可用，在入住前通知有燈及有水漬需要代我走後維修，導致一間房間不能使用，入住時通知花園未做清潔，將會在明天入屋清潔！在入住後有工作人員自己進入單位清潔，亦都有三次有送包裹要代收！不厭其煩！常常有一隻貓走入屋。 直到今天離開後24日仍未退回訂金！追了三次，只係循例回應會跟進！就沒有後續跟進！

Super comfy beds and great location Positive: Spacious and comfortable property. Several minutes away from Swiss Cottage underground station. Super comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for short or longer stay. The property is suitable for remote work or family vacation. Totally recommend.
